Feel like taking a relaxing break? This white chocolate ground chocolate with caramel in a limited edition offered byVan Houten promises a return to childhood full of indulgence. Its creamy texture and comforting flavorsof toffee, butter and cream will leave you with a little "come-back" taste.
The bonus of this product is itscocoa from sustainable sources and certified Cacao Horizon.
Ingredients : White chocolate 67 % (sugar, cocoa butter, wholemilk powder, whey powder (milk), skimmed milk powder, salt), caramel powder 30 % (skimmedmilk powder, whey powder (milk), sugar, milk fat), caramelized sugar (3 %)lait, arôme naturel de vanille), sucre caramélisé (3 %).
Tasting tips to enjoy this white chocolate
Hot : Grab your nicest mug and place theground chocolate (35g) Van Houten. Then pour 200 ml of hot milk (70°C) over it and finally, stir gently. All that's left is to sit back and enjoy.
Cold : In a blender, mix the Van Houten Gold ground chocolate (35g) with 50 ml of hot milk (70°C) until you get an emulsion. Then pour in the rest of the milk (75 cl) and an espresso then blend everything. For the final step, pour the drink into a glass filled with ice cubes and enjoy.
