DeLonghi presents its brand-new coffee machine withmodern design and compact size and well thought-out. It is, so to speak, the smallest format ever designed by DeLonghi! The water tank is easily recessed and positioned on the side of the machine, so you could consider placing the milk jug right in front to save even more space when it is not in use. Everything seems to fit together brilliantly.

This coffee machine revolutionises the world of grinder espresso. It is the only DeLonghi bean-to-cup machine that allowsyou to change the bean coffee at will. How does it work?Very simply: the coffee maker is supplied with2 interchangeable bean hoppers. Each can hold up to 250 g (the equivalent of a whole bag of coffee). No need to wait for the hopper to empty before changing coffee! This solution isperfect for catering to the tastes of several people within the same household, or to meet the different desires of one person depending on the time of day.
This coffee maker’s exclusive technology, theBean Switch System, was awarded theGrand Prix de l'Innovation d'Or at the Paris Fair, which promises great things. But that is not the brand’s only surprise: DeLonghi introduces a new technology useful for the 10 g of beans left when swapping the bean hoppers. The idea: treat yourself to one last coffee... then you can either purge the system or keep the remainder and blend it with the new coffee you have put in place.

The Rivelia offers up to8 coffee recipes, and on versions with milk drinks, it goes up to 16 beverages: enough to delight all consumers. In addition, this grinder espresso features theCoffee Routine system, a technology that providesrecipe memorisation based on the time of day you consume the drinks, to offer you a personalised experience.
DeLonghi’s new gem also has theBean Adapt function, set directly on its touchscreen: the machine will then automatically adjust the grinder settings according to the coffee used. This makes it a bean-to-cup machine perfect for coffee lovers who want quality without getting lost in the settings: the Rivelia offersOptimal settings for controlled extraction.The BeanAdapt technology remains optional, so the most experienced coffee lovers can still disable it at will.
This machine offers3 temperature levels, and you can save up to4 user profiles to memorize your preferences. The Rivelia machine also offers cold drinks such as espresso, coffee, and americano.

The quality extraction of the Rivelia
The Rivelia from De'Longhi is simple to understand: it tells you what it is doing ("grinding the bean in progress" for example, withanimated pictograms).

Maintaining the De'Longhi Rivelia
Maintaining your bean-to-cup coffee machine is just as important as choosing your coffee well. Indeed, over time, your coffee can taste stale if you do not clean your appliance. And for your coffee maker to stay in good condition and offer you the best possible experience, it is also important to take care of it.
We will recommend these essential steps:
- CLEANING: thecoffee group is removable on this machine. Our advice is to run it under lukewarm water once a week. The different trays and containers can also be cleaned, even going in the dishwasher.
- FILTRATION: the filter cartridge willfilter limescale particles and purify the taste of the water, and therefore of your coffee in the cup, which can thus retain all its aromas.
- DESCALING: the De'LonghiRivelia will alert you when descaling is necessary!A dose of descaling agent supplied with the machine.
- MILK SYSTEM: if you choose the latte version of the Rivelia, note that the supplied carafe will clean itselfautomatically. So you won’t have much to do on that front.

This DeLonghi Rivelia coffee machine is a true innovation that shakes up the bean-to-cup espresso market. Finally, a solution to switch coffee on demand. It’s perfect if you want a medium-roast coffee for drip coffee in the morning, then a stronger espresso in the afternoon with an Italian roast, for example. It’s also ideal if household members have different tastes: everyone gets their own hopper, everyone gets their own coffee. It’s a little marvel, even if we could have imagined a larger 1.7 L water tank without spoiling the machine’s design. On extraction: a pleasant surprise, as De’Longhi has changed its brewing group; with the Rivelia you can brew two coffees of the same intensity at the same time! The Rivelia is also available with a milk carafe, perfect for preparing indulgent drinks.
