A Krups espresso machine to get started
The Krups Virtuoso + XP444C10 espresso machine replaces the Virtuoso XP442C11 model.
Just like the previous version, this coffee machine was designed for small spaces, with a nice stainless steel body.
The elegant design of the Krups Virtuoso + is paired with a very intuitive interface, featuring four simple buttons to use.
The Thermoblock system offers a fast heating time that lets you make coffee without waiting: in less than two minutes, all components will be at the right temperature.
With its pressurized filters, the Virtuoso + lets you use freshly ground coffee beans with an entry-level coffee grinder.
Plus, a special filter is included to use ESE pods.
For milk drink lovers, the Krups Virtuoso + espresso machine is equipped with a stainless steel steam wand with two modes (milk foam and hot milk).
Everything is ready to learn the basics of being a barista at home!
Krups Virtuoso + XP444C10: a compact programmable espresso machine
Your coffee preparation is simplified, with automatic stop when extraction is complete.
The Krups Virtuoso + coffee machine lets you customize your coffee with simple instructions (see manual):
- Customize your coffee cup volume: between 15 and 65 ml for one cup and between 30 and 130 ml for two cups.
- Choose the machine auto-off duration in 5, 15 or 30 minutes. The Virtuoso + automatically turns off after 30 minutes of inactivity by default.
The steam wand now features a ring to choose between making milk foam for your cappuccino and the hot milk function for your other favorite drinks.
You can also dispense hot water through the steam wand to lengthen your coffees.
The removable cup support lets you use taller cups.
Accessories and maintenance
The Krups Virtuoso XP442C11 espresso machine comes with:
- A two-spout aluminum portafilter equipped with a handle hook to make it easier to discard coffee grounds.
- A pressurized filter for one cup, a pressurized filter for two cups, a filter for ESE pods.
- A dosing spoon in ABS with a tip for tamping the coffee.
For maintaining the Krups Virtuoso XP442C11, you will need to use descaling agent for coffee machines.
Since there is no slot provided for a water filter cartridge, we recommend using filtered or mineral water.
The parts that are dishwasher-safe: the drip tray grate, the steam wand tube, and the filters.
The KRUPS brand has a repairability commitment of 15 years at a fair price, with their network of 6200 repairers worldwide, to contribute to environmental protection and waste reduction.
