The E98UP is a very elegant machine that will fit perfectly on your worktop. Its versatility, ease of use and ease of maintenance make it an essential machine.
Indeed, each group is associated with a backlit touch control panel that allows you to manage the dosages of drinks in preparation. You will find four buttons for dosages (espresso/double-espresso/lungo/double-lungo) and a continuous dispensing button.

Equipped with a fixed-jet thermosiphon system, this reliable machine ensures excellent performance guaranteed in the cup.
Indeed, this heating system is the most efficient and reduces all risks of malfunction.
The boiler will heat the water that will be used by the tap and steam creation. This same boiler is crossed by a pipe that connects the water network to the coffee group. The water circulating there will heat up by heat exchange.
Once heated, the hot water will naturally rise and cold water will come to take its place and thus the hot water will make its way to the cup. Each group is equipped with an adjustment knob to have a temperature adapted to the extraction demand.
The machine is also equipped with self-regulation of the groups to combine the temperature requirements of your coffee extraction with those of steam and hot water creation. This system is very suitable for working with considerable boiler pressures as for cappuccino, without the quality in the cup being altered.
