A Rocket espresso machine with innovative design and technologies
The Bicocca is the result of extensive work by the Rocket Espresso brand, to present a next-generation espresso machine, designed for the home barista seeking perfection.
The unique look of the Bicocca was designed by Valerio Cometti+V12 Design, a Milan-based designer who collaborates with prestigious international brands.
With its beautiful stainless steel bodywork, its innovative cylindrical extraction group, and all its internal components, the Bicocca is a high-end espresso machine, made in Italy.
The steam wand and hot water tap have been designed to be easy to handle, and to deliver the performance expected from a Rocket Espresso coffee machine.
The Bicocca model is equipped with a double boiler in stainless steel for thermal stability, a rotary pump with water tank and the possibility to connect the machine to the water supply.
The new HMI touch interface allows you to control the machine from A to Z, with simple icons to understand and numerous options.
Rocket Espresso Bicocca: an intuitive interface
The Bicocca machine screen is easy to understand, with icons instead of text to help you navigate better.
You will be able to access many settings that will allow you to customize your coffee as you wish.
- 4 volumetric doses + start&stop + touch flush button
- Pre-infusion and blooming adjustment for each dose
- Adjustment of coffee boiler and steam temperature parameters
- Automatic group cleaning
- Ease of maintenance, thanks to the machine's modular construction
- Eco mode and calendar mode to program the machine according to the days of the week
- Pressure profiling, shot timer, PID, etc.
The Bicocca is also equipped with a sensor to indicate when the water level is insufficient.

Maintenance and backflush
The Rocket Espresso Bicocca espresso machine allows you to perform a Backflush (deep cleaning), to clean your machine, using the supplied blind filter and a specialized detergent.
Note : For machines connected to the water supply, it is highly recommended to use a water softening and filtration kit (as for a professional espresso machine). This kit is essential to ensure that the water is safe for your machine and will provide better taste to your espresso. If the water is not filtered, you risk damaging your machine in the long run and having the warranty voided by the brand for lack of maintenance.
The Bicocca kit contains: Exclusive Bicocca single-spout portafilter, Exclusive Bicocca double-spout portafilter, a single-cup filter, a double-cup filter, a Rocket tamper, a cleaning cloth, a blind filter, a group cleaning brush.
