A single-origin whole-bean coffee with perfect flavour balance
Discover this whole-bean coffee, also specialty coffee, from the French roaster Tanat. By choosing a Brazilian whole-bean coffee, the brand wanted to showcase all the qualities of this country’s beans. To do so, it called upon the expertise of Guy Caravalho, producer and owner of his own farm in the Guaranesia region. There he grows different varieties at high altitude (between 1000 and 1800 m), all brought together in this arabica coffee.
The collaboration is rather successful since once extraction is finished, the espresso is visually impressive. It is topped with a lovely hazelnut crema and brings to your nose indulgent, fresh aromas.
On the palate, the tasting begins with a smooth attack with rich milk-chocolate notes. More discreet hazelnut notes arrive next, quickly replaced by the freshness and tangy side of lemony notes.
With its 200 g format, this coffee is ideal for coffee lovers wanting to change coffee or wishing to expand their selection. Low price, limited stock and freshness are the assets of this packaging.
