The KF7 range first appeals with its understated and timeless design. Its 3.5-inch touchscreen gives access to all drinks and customization settings. This burr grinder espresso is ideal for household use, offering 20 different drinks and 4 user profiles.
On top of the KitchenAid burr grinder espresso, two flaps provide access to the bean hopper, to the ground-coffee chute and to the water tank. The machine visually indicates when they need refilling. The lid of the bean hopper is fitted with a seal, preserving the coffee aromas. You can pour the entire bag of beans without risking damage to the beans.
Enjoy 20 customizable drinks with the automatic KitchenAid KF7 machine. The integrated technologies enhance your coffee’s aromas. The grind fineness is adjustable over 7 positions, letting you tune the grind to the roast for perfect in-cup balance. You can also change the coffee quantity (5 levels), the pre-infusion, the cup length and the temperature (3 levels).
During our tests we appreciated how smooth the settings were on the screen. Tweaks are playful and from the first extraction we achieved near-perfection with a thick crema, even with the grind fineness set to 4. Visually the espresso was perfect and in terms of taste it fully met our expectations with ideal balance.
The burr grinder espresso is equipped with a 790 ml milk jug, perfect for making drinks for the whole family. Milk-based drinks can be prepared two at a time to save time. You can choose cup length, temperature, and prioritise the pour for a true cappuccino.
A removable bean hopper is a feature coffee lovers appreciate when they want to explore different aromas. A central dial locks the hopper, and it can be removed with a single press. Leftover beans can be ejected from the grinder via an option in the settings. The machine also has a ground-coffee chute for making decaf, for example.
For added comfort, the machine is certified Quiet Mark, guaranteeing quiet drink preparation.
The Thermocoil heating system, faster than a thermoblock, stabilises temperature during extraction and enables a quick start-up, with a drink ready after only 40 seconds of heating.
