The espresso machine is equipped with a precision European Baratza grinder with 45 grind settings. Discover a perfectly flavored coffee, the result of optimized thermal control by a patented 58 mm heating group.
Its sleek, modern all-brushed-stainless design fits perfectly into any kitchen. The Oracle Jet coffee machine features a hopper holding 340 g of whole-bean coffee and a large 2.3 L water tank that’s easy to fill, ideal for the whole family. The 5-inch HD touchscreen on the Sage Oracle Jet is far more than a simple display. Highly responsive, it offers enhanced graphics, video animations, Wi-Fi connectivity and a new dark mode.

Sage’s greatest innovation in the Oracle Jet lies in its exclusive heating system: Thermojet. This new technology lets the coffee machine be ready for use in seconds and up to 32 % more energy-efficient.
The professional 58 mm heating group of the Oracle Jet offers a temperature adjustment range in +/-1 degree increments, allowing precise optimization of extraction for every type of coffee with digital PID temperature control.
How to use the brushed-stainless Oracle Jet?
The machine was designed to guide you through every step of your coffee preparation. The Oracle Jet is fitted with conical burrs that ensure uniform, appropriately sized grounds for your chosen coffee. The machine automatically doses the exact amount of ground coffee needed for each shot,depending on the selected beverage, guaranteeing consistency in the results.
Once dosed, the coffee is automatically tamped in the 58 mm portafilter, thus eliminating any human variable and ensuring optimal extraction.Before extraction, the Oracle Jet performs a pre-infusion to moisten the coffee grounds, allowing for a more even extraction and reducing bitterness.
The Barista Guide for immediate mastery
The Sage Oracle Jet barista guide is a smart feature built into the machine that walks you step by step through preparing your espresso. This true personal assistant helps you achieve optimal extraction every time, by analyzing your coffee parameters in real time and suggesting adjustments if necessary.
It quickly detects whether your espresso is under-extracted (too sour) or over-extracted (bitter taste) and informs you.The extraction analysis system, combined with the barista guide, automatically adjusts the grind size to optimize flow time and guarantee optimal extraction.
For a morning extraction, the machine is equipped with LED lights to highlight the espresso extraction for a gentle start to the day.
Create your custom drinks with the Sage Oracle Jet
The Oracle Jet coffee machine's highly fluid touchscreen lets you choose from a wide panel of beverages with 11 predefined coffee styles : Flat White, Latte, Cappuccino, Espresso, Long Black, Babycino, Hot Chocolate, Tea, Cold Brew, Iced Espresso, Café Crème. Simply swipe, select, (customize) and enjoy.
The new drink settings Cold Brew and Iced Espresso.Extraction at lower temperatures reduces acidic notes for a light and creamy aromatic profile. Cold Brew is extracted in under 3 minutes, while iced espresso topped with cream is extracted in just over a minute. Don't forget the ice cubes!
The queue system of the Sage Oracle Jet is designed to let you prepare several consecutive drinks with total ease.
The Auto MilQ system for custom milk foams
The AutoMilQ function has been perfected and now offers settings for plant-based milks. It calibrates steam pressure, temperature, and duration according to milk type, guaranteeing a silky, creamy micro-foam in true latte-art tradition.
The Oracle Jet by SAGE SES985BSS4EEU1 features a cool-touch steam wand with milk temperature sensor and a milk jug fitted with a sensor that monitors milk temperature.
You can choose to use the milk wand automatically or manually. Once steaming is finished, the wand purges automatically.
Accessories and maintenance of the SAGE Oracle Jet
The SAGE Oracle Jet espresso machine comes with many barista accessories: 58 mm stainless steel portafilter, Knock Box™ 10, single and double cup filters, grind outlet brush and tamper removal magnet, cleaning brush, steam wand tip cleaning tool, Allen key, cleaning disc, cleaning tablets, water hardness test strip, water filter and filter holder, descaling powder.
The Oracle Jet machine ison wheels, which is convenient for moving and cleaning it. Simply lift the lower lever to move it effortlessly. The drip tray, hopper and water tank are removable to simplify cleaning.
