Small machine, big flavors
The Bambino, equipped with the Thermojet system, allows you to prepare your coffee quickly and easily, without compromising on quality. The stainless steel group head requires 2 minutes of heating to reach the ideal temperature.
The PID system of the Bambino allows precise control of the water temperature, for a perfect espresso every time. The combination of pre-infusion and 9-bar extraction ensures a balanced and flavorful espresso.A unique tasting experience awaits you with this espresso machine.
Equipped with a stainless steel group head for better thermal stability, the Bambino uses a 54 mm portafilter and pressurized filters to extract 18g of coffee. If you have an espresso grinder, you can also use the single filters provided (1 and 2 cups). Discover the power of 93°C steam, propelled by the Thermojet through the stainless steel wand. You will get a perfect microfoam for your favorite drinks (latte, cappuccino...).
Baratza Encore ESP black coffee grinder for espresso
The Encore ESP coffee grinder, is optimized to produce a fine and uniform grind, suitable for espresso extraction requirements. The 40 mm conical steel burrs of M2 type are made in Europe. Convenient, the Baratza Encore ESP comes with a 300 g hopper, a 120 g grounds container and a cleaning brush.
With its micro-adjustments (1-20) and macro-adjustments (21-40), this machine allows you to adjust the grind with unmatched precision.
The Baratza Encore ESP runs at 550 rpm for fresh and quiet grinding, thus preserving the aromas of your coffee.
The 54 mm anti-static dosing cup (and its 58 mm adapter) allows you to pour the ground coffee directly into your portafilter, without losing a single crumb.
Grinding speed : 1.5 g/sec - 2.4 g/sec
Accessories and maintenance
Accessories supplied with the Sage The Bambino Black truffle espresso machine : Stainless steel milk jug, tamper, pressurized single cup filter, pressurized double cup filter, single cup filter, double cup filter, dual spout aluminum portafilter, filter cartridge with holder, steam wand and filter cleaning tool, descaling powder.
Accessories supplied with the Baratza Encore ESP black coffee grinder : 54 mm anti-static dosing cup, 58 mm adapter, small tray, 300 g coffee bean hopper, 120 g ground coffee container and a maintenance brush.
Maintenance : To extend the life of your Sage espresso machine and for better results in the cup, it is recommended to use a filter cartridge (or already filtered water). Don't forget to descale your appliance following the brand's recommendations (see manual) and to clean the accessories regularly. Find all Sage maintenance products.
