The Bambino Black truffle: The little gem of home espresso
The Bambino's Thermojet heating system allows ultra-fast water heating in 3 seconds, thus optimizing flavor extraction. Equipped with a stainless steel group head, the machine requires about 2 minutes of preheating for optimal extraction.
The Bambino features a PID controller that ensures digital temperature regulation of the water, allowing for optimal flavor extraction. This machine uses a two-stage extraction system: a gentle pre-infusion to release the aromas, followed by a powerful 9-bar extraction.This combination ensures beautiful in-cup quality to enjoy your favorite coffee!
With its stainless steel group head and 54 mm portafilter, the Bambino can extract 18 g of coffee for a perfect espresso. If you have an espresso grinder, you can also use the included single filters (1 and 2 cups). Thanks to its Thermojet and stainless steel steam wand, the machine creates creamy micro-foam at 93°C for perfect cappuccinos. You'll get a perfect micro-foam for your favorite drinks (latte, cappuccino...).
Baratza Encore ESP black coffee grinder for espresso
The ESP grinder ensures consistent grinding, essential for quality espresso. The 40 mm conical burrs made of steel of M2 type ensure uniform grinding. The Baratza Encore ESP grinder comes with a 300 g hopper, a 120 g grounds bin and a cleaning brush.
Its dual adjustment system (1-20 for espresso, 21-40 for filter) offers precise grind control.
The Baratza Encore ESP grinder is equipped with a unique speed control, which controls burr rotation at 550 rpm. This slow speed helps reduce heat (to avoid burning the coffee), noise and static electricity generation.
With its dosing cups (54 and 58 mm), the Encore ESP makes transferring ground coffee easy.

Accessories included with the Sage The Bambino black truffle espresso machine: Stainless steel milk jug, tamper, pressurized single cup filter, pressurized double cup filter, single cup filter, double cup filter, two-spout aluminum portafilter, filter cartridge with holder, steam wand and filter cleaning tool, descaling powder.
Accessories included with the Baratza Encore ESP white coffee grinder : 54 mm anti-static dosing cup, 58 mm adapter, small tray, 300 g coffee bean hopper, 120 g ground coffee container and maintenance brush.
Maintenance :To extend the life of your Sage espresso machine and for better results in the cup, it is recommended to use a filter cartridge (or already filtered water). Don't forget to descale your appliance following the brand's advice (see manual) and clean the accessories regularly. Find all Sage maintenance products.
