Ingredients : White chocolate 67 % (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, whey powder (milk), skimmed milk powder, salt), caramel powder 30 % (skimmed milk powder, whey powder (milk), sugar, milk fat, natural vanilla flavor), caramelized sugar (3 %).
Tasting tips to win over your customers
Hot : To prepare the perfect Van Houten hot chocolate for your establishment, place 35g of ground chocolate in a cup, then add 200 ml of milk heated to 70°C. Stir gently to obtain a smooth texture and serve to your customers for a moment of pure pleasure. A simple and effective recipe that will delight your clientele!
Cold : Start by blending 35g of Van Houten Gold ground chocolate with 50 ml of hot milk at 70°C in a blender until you obtain a homogeneous emulsion. Then add the rest of the milk (75 cl) and an espresso, and blend everything until perfectly combined. Finish by pouring the preparation into a glass filled with ice cubes. Serve immediately to offer your customers a tasty and refreshing experience.
