A versatile drink, hot or iced, to delight your customers
Offer your customers a unique experience with Van Houten Ruby chocolate, a drink that adapts to every desire. Perfect for a cozy moment when served hot or for a refreshing touch when served iced, it will surprise and delight novelty seekers.
- Hot version : In a cup, add approximately 35 g of fine Ruby chocolate powder and pour in 200 ml of milk heated to 70 °C. Stir gently to reveal all the flavors.
- Iced version : Prepare a base with 35 g of chocolate powder and 50 ml of hot milk, blend the mixture in a blender, then add cold milk. Pour into an insulated container for a drink to go and ready to enjoy.
