TheVaria VS3 electric coffee grinder is a true precision tool. It allows you to finely adjust the grind and obtain a uniform, consistent grind to reveal all the aromas of your coffee.
Versatile, this coffee grinder isideal for espresso and filter coffee. Its precise grind adjustment, powerful motor, and high-quality burrs ensure a perfect grind every time. Moreover, its compact and robust design fits any space.
With its38 mm conical stainless steel burrs and itsmicrometric adjustment system, the Varia VS3 offers unmatched precision for adjusting the grind. Each adjustment, down to the micron, allows you to achieve the ideal grind for your coffee.
The VS3 is designed forminimal retention. Its 76.5° tilt and the use of the RDT technique reduce retention to less than 0.1g for a 10g dose, and even without RDT, it remains below 0.2g. Result: a uniform grind, fresh coffee, and antistatic design.
The VS3 is equipped with apowerful DC motor offering a grinding speed of 170 rpm. Its stainless steel gearbox ensures smooth and stable operation for a uniform grind.
Quiet grinding, minimal retention
With this grinder, you get a fast and uniform grind: 18g in 34 seconds for espresso (setting 4) and 25 seconds for filter coffee (setting 10).
The coffee grinder is equipped with a30 g hopper for whole beans. It has a maximum grinding time of 60s followed by a 90-second rest.
The Varia VS3 coffee grinder is built with aCNC-machined aluminum body with 0.02 mm precision for exceptional durability.
It includesmagnetic components andnon-slip silicone feet for better stability.
The VARIA VS3 comes with: a magnetic dosing cup, a silicone hopper bellows, a 5ml TDR spray bottle, a cleaning brush, an instruction manual, and a spare parts pack.
To enhance the performance of the Varia VS3 coffee grinder, it is compatible with Hypernova Titanium burrs for increased longevity and grinding containers suitable for 54mm and 58mm portafilters.
