This mixture of Guatemalan and Ethiopian Arabicas, from organic farming and Fairtrade certified (Max Havelaar label), offers a complex, refined cup.
A balanced aromatic profile:
Ideal as espresso, this coffee reveals floral and fruity notes thanks to the Ethiopian arabica, while the Guatemalan arabica proportion lends a full, structured body. Its marked acidity adds a lively touch in the cup, appreciated by lovers of characterful coffees.
Origin & traceability:
- Guatemalan Arabica : from the Apodip cooperative, near the Sierra de Las Minas Biosphere Reserve, an area rich in biodiversity. More than 500 producers grow coffee there under ideal climatic conditions.
- Ethiopian Arabica : grown by the OCFCU cooperative, which groups many smallholders. Its distinctive floral profile and bright acidity bring beautiful complexity to the blend.
