With anultra-fast tamping time of 1.5 seconds, this tamper optimizes your workflow by ensuring ahomogeneous extraction without pressure variation. Thanks to automatic portafilter recognition via a metal sensor, it improves both speed and safety of use. Itsadjustable pressing force between 10 and 30 kgallows for perfectly adapted tamping to meet the requirements of each recipe.
Designed to fit into any barista space, this device combines acompact and modern designwith an adjustable universal fork, compatible with all types of portafilters (single, double, naked). It works with the entireAtom range(Excellence, W, Smart, Specialty, Touch) and allows you to choose betweensingle or double tamping(sequential) according to your preferences.
A reliable and easy-to-maintain machine
Designed for high-volume establishments, this machine supports up to200,000 tampsand operates without daily limitation. Moreover, the tamper allows the barista to avoid fatigue from repetitive motion during intense service.
Its "Clean" mode facilitates maintenance by allowing quick removal of the tamping disc. Additionally, theTamper Kitsavailable asaccessoriesallow easy adaptation of the disc diameter (53 mm, 54.3 mm, 57.3 mm, 58 mm and 58.3 mm), ensuring ascalable solutionoptimized for all coffee professionals.
