Aiden Fellow: how to customize your coffee endlessly?
For purists and experts, here is finally a coffee maker that reconciles the demands of manual filter coffee with the comfort of automation. The Fellow Aiden White rigorously and elegantly reproduces the gestures of an experienced barista, while still giving you the pleasure of creating everything yourself.
Designed to offer you the consistency of the best manual methods, Aiden lets you create, save and replay your favorite recipes with ease. You can set up a personal profile, name it, then precisely define the brewing parameters: brew temperature (between 90 and 95°C), coffee/water ratio, pre-infusion duration, pre-infusion water temperature, and much more. In advanced mode, you gain access to expert settings such as the number of water pulses (up to 10), their interval and temperature to fine-tune every detail of your extraction.
And if you prefer not to start from scratch, Aiden also offers predefined profiles based on roast type (from lightest to darkest), as well as a cold brew mode particularly efficient: a cold brew ready in 5 hours, more than twice as fast as the traditional method.
A tailor-made coffee moment, no matter the number of cups
Aiden's versatility is also found in the included accessories. Two filter holders are included: one conical, perfect for small quantities, and the other flat, suited for larger volumes. Depending on the desired number of cups, the machine tells you which filter holder to use. A clear and educational system so even beginners quickly find their bearings.
On the LCD screen essential information is displayed in real time, including the remaining brew time. A gentle chime signals the end of brewing. And for those who like to plan their day, a programmable timer lets you schedule your coffee for the next morning. Just fill the reservoir, add ground coffee, and set the start time. When you wake up, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee greets you.
The double-wall thermal carafe in stainless steel keeps your coffee hot for several hours without altering its aromas, so you can enjoy it at your own pace, alone or with others. And thanks to the built-in volume sensor, Aiden uses exactly the amount of water needed, even if you've filled the reservoir to the maximum.
Aiden: a dedicated mobile app
The Aiden experience extends beyond the machine thanks to the mobile app “Fellow – Brew with Aiden”, available on iOS and Android. With Wi-Fi connectivity, you can create, adjust and share your brew profiles, record every parameter (temperature, ratio, duration…) and manage multiple Fellow devices from a single space.
The app also offers step-by-step guides to solve any connection or usage issues, with simple immediate solutions. A QR code displayed on the machine's screen lets you download the app in seconds if needed.

I recently had the chance to test the Fellow Aiden and I must say it's a real revolution. As a coffee enthusiast, I'm always looking for new ways to optimize my cup, and the Aiden meets all my expectations. Precision is the key word for this machine. Every parameter is adjustable: temperature, coffee-to-water ratio, and pre-infusion duration, allowing me to extract the best from every coffee bean. This machine offers a great opportunity for experimentation: you can try different combinations to discover new facets of your favorite coffee. I feel like I have my own coffee lab at home! I can only recommend this high-end drip coffee maker that will enhance your coffee routine; it's an investment well worth it.
For those who want to go even further in the quest for the perfect coffee, I recommend investing in a Fellow grinder. Nothing beats the freshness of freshly ground coffee to reveal the full aromatic complexity of your beans.
*Small note: when translating Fellow's information about the machine, "blooming" is translated as "floraison." A somewhat poetic term for this stage, but rest assured, it's still our usual pre-infusion. We won't hold this little original linguistic touch against it!
