An iconic espresso machine revisited
The Bezzera Sole Inox is a high-end manual espresso machine, designed for demanding baristas and enthusiasts who want to enjoy professional extraction quality at home.
Equipped with an E61 group and a silent rotary pump of 70 l/h, it offers remarkable thermal stability, supported by a thermosiphon system and a heat-exchanger boiler. The integrated PID with timer allows precise control of temperature and extraction time.
Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, it combines robustness and timeless shine. This material choice not only ensures excellent durability but also easy daily maintenance.
It must be paired with a suitable espresso grinder to achieve good in-cup results.
Features of the Bezzera Sole with PID Inox
The Sole by Bezzera offers a range of professional features. It allows precise temperature adjustment via a digital PID, accompanied by a shot timer to master your extractions to the degree and second.
Its stainless steel steam wand is designed to create perfect milk foams, while its dual water supply system (tank or mains) adapts to your setup. Extraction pressure is adjustable, and an optional control dial can be added to modulate extraction profiles.
It is equipped with a 4L water tank but can also be connected to a water line. It also features an independent hot water tap.

Maintenance and accessories of the Bezzera Sole
The Bezzera Sole is equipped with chrome-plated metal feet that provide both excellent stability and a professional look. These feet are slightly raised, facilitating air circulation under the machine and making it easier to clean the work surface.
Proper maintenance is essential to enjoy your machine's performance for a long time. The Bezzera Sole Inox requires regular maintenance to ensure optimal extraction quality, prevent limescale-related breakdowns, and maintain impeccable hygiene.
Its E61 group allows for effective cleaning bybackflush, and its professional steam wand must be purged after each use. A well-followed maintenance program significantly extends the lifespan of your appliance.
The coffee machine is delivered with: Brass single-spout portafilter / Brass double-spout portafilter / Single and double cup filters / blind filter.
