The integrated P.A.G.2 grinder, latest generation, grinds the beans on demand with exemplary consistency, without excessive heating, preserving the freshness and aromatic characteristics of the coffee. The Hot Brew technology extracts the coffee at a higher temperature, for a fuller-bodied, more intense and structured result, perfect for lovers of a bold espresso. Finally, the Light Extraction Process technology adapts extraction to lower temperatures – around 60°C – particularly suited to delicate coffees, to reveal all their finesse, whether floral, fruity or more acidic notes.
How to maintain the JURA E8 Diamond White bean-to-cup coffee machine?
Proper maintenance is essential to ensure consistent performance, impeccable hygiene and extend the life of your machine. In addition to preserving extraction quality, it prevents costly breakdowns caused by limescale build-up or internal blockages.
- Descaling : it is carried out with the specific products recommended by JURA, such as descaling tablets. Frequency varies according to the hardness of the water used and the alerts issued by the machine, but maintenance every two to three months is generally recommended.
- Filter cartridge : the JURA E8 works with the CLARIS Smart+ cartridge, which should be replaced approximately every two months or according to the machine's indications. This filter limits limescale, improves water quality and thus contributes to a better cup result.
- Cleaning : the extraction chamber is accessible for occasional manual rinsing. The milk system benefits from an automatic cleaning program after each use, ensuring optimum hygiene. The bean container must be cleaned dry to avoid any moisture. The grounds container, water tank and drip tray must be emptied, rinsed and cleaned regularly to limit residues and odors.
