The3.5″ color screenand side touch buttons ensure intuitive navigation, while the water, bean and grounds compartments are easily accessible for simplified maintenance. It provides27 specialties, from classic espressos to the most indulgent milk drinks, arranged across three extraction profiles. TheHot Brewmode enables high-temperature extraction, ideal for lovers of bold coffee with a generous crema. TheLight Brewprofile favors gentle extraction, around 60°C, to reveal floral and fruity aromas in a light cup. Finally, theSweet Foammode is dedicated to sweet milk recipes, with a fine, creamy foam that enhances cappuccinos and latte macchiatos.
The P.A.G.2 grinder, equipped with7 grind levels, ensures optimal freshness for every preparation. The machine lets you adjusttemperature (three levels),strength (10 levels), as well as the amount of water and milk. Thanks to the color screen and the J.O.E.® app, you canpersonalize your drinksand schedule their launch with the Coffee Timer. The integrated HP3 spout preparesmilk drinks effortlessly. Finally, the energy-saving mode and smart filters ensure responsible use and simplified maintenance.

You can enjoy a generous cappuccino with light foam, a latte macchiato with beautiful distinct layers, a flat white with perfect balance between milk and coffee, or a cortado more intense yet softened by a touch of milk.
The machine also offers sweet recipes thanks to theSweet Foamfunction, for original and endlessly customizable drinks.

This machine ensures optimal extraction thanks to a combination of advanced technologies. The pre-infusion allows for even moistening of the ground coffee before extraction, ensuring a gradual release of aromas. The pump delivers apressure of 15 bars, sufficient to produce a dense and silky crema.
The precise heating system and temperature settings ensure perfect consistency, cup after cup. The P.A.G.2 grinder, powerful and quiet, grinds beans on demand with exemplary consistency, thus preserving the flavors. The Light Extraction Process, meanwhile, reveals the subtlety of lighter coffees, thanks to anextraction around 60°C, ideal for preserving floral or fruity notes.
How to maintain the JURA E8 ED bean-to-cup coffee machine?
Proper maintenance is essential to ensure consistent performance, impeccable hygiene, and to extend the lifespan of your machine. In addition to preserving extraction quality, it helps prevent costly breakdowns caused by limescale or blockages.
- Descaling: to be carried out with the tablets or products recommended by JURA. The frequency depends on the water hardness and the machine's alerts, generally every 2 to 3 months.
- Filter cartridge: the JURA E8 uses the CLARIS Smart+ filter, which must be replaced approximately every 2 months or according to the machine's indication. It helps reduce limescale and improves the taste of the water.
- Cleaning: the extraction chamber is accessible for manual cleaning. The milk system benefits from automatic cleaning after each use. The bean hopper is cleaned dry to avoid moisture. The grounds container, water tank, and drip tray must be emptied and rinsed regularly to prevent deposits.
