This blend of Arabicas from Ethiopia and Guatemala, from organic farming and certified fair trade (Max Havelaar label), seduces with its aromatic richness and complexity in the cup.
A harmonious aromatic profile
Perfect in espresso extraction, this coffee reveals floral and fruity nuances brought by the Ethiopian Arabica. The Guatemalan Arabica, in turn, provides a generous structure and a well-built body. Its lively acidity brings relief and a beautiful intensity, ideal for connoisseurs looking for character.
Exemplary origins and traceability
- Guatemalan Arabica: grown by the Apodip cooperative, located near the Sierra de Las Minas Biosphere Reserve, an environment with a particularly suitable climate. More than 500 producers work on high-quality coffee there.
- Ethiopian Arabica: harvested by the OCFCU cooperative, which brings together many small producers. This Arabica stands out for its floral bouquet and bright acidity, which enrich the blend.
