Rocket Giotto R Fast: pro design and performance
Inspired by futuristic geometric lines, the Rocket Giotto R Fast displays a bold silhouette that is both modern and elegant. Its side panels with faceted patterns create a unique chromatic effect, subtly contrasted by a glossy finish.
The chrome-plated stainless-steel bodywork is both robust and refined. Designed in collaboration with designer Valerio Cometti, the Giotto Fast optimizes proportions and ergonomics to fit perfectly into your kitchen.
The rotary pump maintains stable pressure while the copper boiler ensures constant steam and hot-water production. The FAST system significantly reduces heat-up time (only 12 minutes), letting you move quickly to tasting.
Thanks to the built-in PID, extraction temperature is controlled to the degree, ensuring a uniform, balanced, and aroma-rich result.
Italian extraction quality and precision
The Rocket Giotto Fast R Black stands out for its cutting-edge features.
The Giotto R Fast integrates advanced electronics for full setting management via a discreet OLED display. You can customize extraction temperature and adjust boiler pressure. It also features a dual manometer to monitor service pressures and an extraction-time counter.
It is equipped with a high-performance steam wand and a 1.8 L thermally insulated boiler for greater energy efficiency. Each espresso can thus be prepared with precision and consistency, cup after cup. Extraction quality is at the heart of the experience offered by the Giotto Fast R.
Its E61 group with integrated heating element, a true benchmark in the barista world, ensures optimal thermal stability.
Accessories and maintenance
Accessories : ergonomic single-spout portafilter, ergonomic double-spout portafilter, single and double-cup single filters, blind filter, tamper, cleaning brush, connection hose, and user manual.
Maintenance : Regular maintenance is essential to preserve your machine's performance and lifespan. A good descaling prevents limescale deposits that can alter the quality of the extraction and cause breakdowns. You can perform a Backflush (deep cleaning) to clean your machine, using the blind filter and a specialized detergent.
The machine is equipped with a 1.8 L water tank, but it can also be connected directly to a water supply.
