Its58 mm extraction groupoffers a homogeneous heat distribution. TheThermoblocksystem ensures a stable temperature and rapid heat rise. The small screen on the front provides temperature rise indications of the machine.
This espresso machine integratesa precise manometerthat displays the extraction pressure in real time. An ideal educational tool to better understand the impact of grinding, refine settings and progress towards a perfectly mastered espresso.
In terms of interface, it hasdirect access buttons, intuitive and backlit, for easy handling from the first use. Supplied with simple filters, the machine combines ideally with a coffee mill for espresso, essential for getting the best out of each extraction.

TheCirrus AF850offers two distinct extraction modes to adapt to your preferences. A mode withpre-infusionthat slightly humidifies the coffee before the pressure rise for a softer and more homogeneous extraction. A mode that activates a direct extraction, without pre-infusion, for a more vivid and intense result. This double option allows you to personalize each cup according to your taste or according to the freshness of your grinding., pour un résultat plus vif et intense. Cette double option vous permet de personnaliser chaque tasse selon votre goût ou selon la fraîcheur de votre mouture.
Thanks to itsintegrated digital timer, the Cirrus allows you to adjust the extraction time with precision to adapt the cup length to your preferences. A simple and intuitive function, ideal for personalizing each espresso and gaining regularity over time.
Equipped with astainless steel steam wand on a pivot, the Cirrus offers optimal control to texture the milk with precision and simplicity. It is the ideal tool to discover the basics of Latte Art and sublimate your milk-based drinks with a creative touch, worthy of a barista.

Accessories: 2-spout 58 mm stainless steel portafilter, single and double cup filters, pressurized single and double cup filters, an ABS tamper and a blind filter. You can accompany this evolving coffee machine with our barista accessories, like the pros.
Regularly maintaining your Cirrus AF850 is essential to conserve optimal extraction quality, avoid breakdowns and prolong the life of your machine. Thanks to its 3-way system, the Cirrus is easily cleaned via a backflush cycle (blind filter provided), with adapted maintenance products to guarantee durable performance.
