The Moka Express in 5 cl format is the smallest Italian coffee maker you can find. It is designed to prepare a single cup of coffee. Its eight-sided aluminum reservoir allows for optimal heat diffusion. The aluminum filter also features a patented self-cleaning safety valve by Bialetti. The filter is easy to inspect and clean, and can be replaced if needed. Finally, its simple and elegant handle ensures safety and optimal grip.

Those commonly found in supermarkets are generally intended for domestic filter coffee makers. A pioneering coffee maker in the world of cooking
During the 20th century, innovations were at the heart of societal news. Building on this observation, and driven by a desire to revolutionize a daily gesture, engineer Alfonso Bialetti was inspired by a washing machine to create the very first Italian coffee maker: the Moka Express.
The goal of this coffee maker is to be able to prepare easily and quickly a good coffee. The utensil is optimally designed, both in the choice of materials and in the design. The success of this coffee maker has been such that it has not waned several decades after its creation.
Its Art Deco style has made it an icon of "Made in Italy". It is featured in the permanent collection of the Milan Triennale and the MoMA in New York.
