The Signature Blend: the icon of Brûlerie Caron
A true blend of exceptional coffees, the Signature Blend embodies the entire flavor identity of the house. Awarded prestigious distinctions – Silver Medal for Best Blend in 2013, Épicure d’Or in 2014 – it continues the title of Best Coffee Roaster of France obtained by Sylvain Caron in 2017.
This blend brings together four traceable arabicas, carefully selected for the richness of their terroirs and the quality of their cherries, hand-picked.
You will find:
- a coffee from Huehuetenango in Guatemala,
- a Moka Sidamo from Ethiopia,
- the exceptional El Capitán from Nicaragua,
- and a Cerrado Mineiro from Brazil.

La Brûlerie Anne Caron is a coffee-roasting workshop located in Saclay (91). Best Craftsman of France in Roasting, Anne Caron strives for excellence and boldness.
Ethiopia, Brazil, Guatemala… Anne recounts in her travel journals the beauty of the terroirs where coffee is grown, her meetings with producers. She shares through her coffees all the landscapes and faces that shaped them.
