I literally loved my coffee experience with this machine. To be clear, the contribution of the saturated group, coupled with the precision of the boiler, and the nobility of the materials already make it an extraordinary machine, but the complete programming of the extraction is a point where words will not be enough.
After trying many settings (with the mistakes that went with them), I was able to find the right settings to sublime my coffee. Let's not be afraid of words, this allowed me to taste an espresso like rarely before!
The great advantage was being able to instantly save my changes made with the manual paddle.
And thanks to the large capacities I was able to chain tests and settings without any loss of thermal stability, it's a real pleasure.
The steam wand gave me complete satisfaction and its use is simple, once the power is tamed, latte art becomes easy.
I don't see what Rocket Espresso could have added to this machine to make it better, it takes time to tame it but once mastered, coffee becomes an extraordinary experience, word of a barista! :)
