The Flair Espresso Classic is equipped with thebottomless 2-in-1 portafilterwhich will require the use of a suitable espresso grinder.
This portafilter allows you to extract your espresso with or without the spout, in bottomless mode.
Once the espresso grounds are placed in the filter and tamped, simply add hot water (about 92°C depending on the coffee used) and apply pressure manually using the sturdy lever.
This model isequipped with the pressure gauge kitthat you can install to ensure the pressure applied is correct for extracting your espresso.
The Flair Classic espresso machine is made fromdurable materialssuch as die-cast aluminum and stainless steel.
It comes with its smallcarrying case, which allows you to make good coffee while traveling.
