Flair Espresso Pro 2 Black lever machine
The Flair Espresso Pro 2 stands out with its wider (46mm diameter) and more powerful extraction group (its removable spout is also completely different from that of the Flair Classic and Signature).
Its non-slip silicone handle gives you a better grip.
In terms of finish, the pressure gauge is surrounded by a silicone sleeve for better protection and the included drip tray / cup rest is all stainless steel for more elegance.
An extraction as beautiful as it is good
The extraction group of the Flair Espresso Pro 2 is designed to allow only one thing: enjoy espresso!
The Pro 2 filter allows you to put between 16g and 24g of ground coffee in the filter (compared to between 12g and 18g in the standard filter of the Flair Classic and Signature models)
Thanks to the ingenious system that makes the portafilter and filter a single piece, as well as the extraction guided by the unique spout, espresso becomes a real spectacle. Once the espresso grind is placed in the filter and tamped, simply add hot water (approximately 92°C depending on the coffee used) and press manually using the sturdy lever.
The machine base is designed to take advantage of the stainless steel cup rest / drip tray. It is wide enough that the Flair Pro 2 does not wobble under pressure.
A look at the pressure for more precision
Manual pressure can sometimes seem complicated to manage but the design of the Flair Espresso Pro 2 allows you to keep an eye on it.
Applying regular pressure is simple thanks to the pressure gauge, and this also allows you to adapt your gesture.
The pressure applied will have an effect on the extraction, thanks to the pressure gauge you can try extractions by stabilizing between 6 and 9 bars, and even do a pre-infusion to reveal even more aromas.
Everything is removable for perfect maintenance
Flair Espresso has paid particular attention to the design of this model.
Maintaining an espresso machine is sometimes complicated, but not for the Pro 2 Black because all parts are removable and therefore cleanable.
Moreover, this ability to disassemble everything makes this lever espresso machine a truly portable espresso machine. For attention to detail, a stainless steel tamper is provided as well as a carrying case.
The Flair Pro 2 requires the use of a real espresso grinder to obtain a good result in the cup.
