The Eureka Atom PRO is designed with specific 75 mm hardened steel flat burrs suitable for both espresso and all varieties of slow coffee. The holder is magnetic and can therefore be positioned wherever you want, allowing you to use any portafilter or even a V60.
The thick casing with its anti-vibration device and rubber seals at sound exit points allows reducing noise by about 20 dB compared to conventional grinders. Thus, the Atom PRO allows you to grind your coffee quietly while holding a conversation.
The motor-burr assembly, developed by Eureka's research teams, gives the Atom PRO grinders an extremely high grinding speed. You can serve your customers quickly while maintaining excellent cup quality.
Discover the Blow Up system, a mechanism designed to eliminate coffee retention. Thanks to the flexible membrane system between the hopper and its lid, the Blow Up system allows air to circulate through the grinder to make grind retention null.
