The Rancilio Specialty RS1 stands out with its patented temperature profiling technology. By precisely controlling the temperature during extraction, you have a precise tool to unlock the aromatic potential of each coffee.
Each stainless steel group features an independent boiler optimizing thermal stability and allowing precise temperature profile definition for each group.
One of the most interesting features of the Rancilio RS1 coffee machine is its touchscreen. It allows you to program each group independently and easily.
The touchscreen interface lets you adjust machine parameters, temperature, steam power (2 levels), cup warmer temperature, save recipes, or configure cleaning operations.
Also find a display for each group with extraction time, temperature profile, and various information for baristas.
The Rancilio Specialty RS1 features two steam levers (one on each side) with a purge function and two programmable power levels. Ideal for switching between different jug sizes. Insulated steam boiler with programmable water renewal and energy-saving mode.
The steam wands Cool Touchoffer maximum handling and hygiene. Thermally insulated, they eliminate the risk of potential burns.
The design of the Rancilio RS1 has also been designed to facilitate the work of Baristas : a lower machine to improve customer interaction, steam levers designed for easy use, two programmable hot water buttons, portafilters with ergonomic handles, a higher drip tray to leave room for scales, or even two USB ports to connect and charge a phone or scales.
For Rancilio, when Baristas prepare hundreds of coffees a day, every detail counts.
On the Rancilio Speciality RS1 professional espresso machine, maintenance has also been reinvented.Each group can be cleaned individually, allowing work without interruption.
The components are arranged to simplify and speed up maintenance. The diagnostic menu has been designed to allow technical problems to be identified without having to dismantle the machine. The grids and drip tray can be unhooked and removed to facilitate cleaning.
