The Xcelsius system allows you to define the temperature of the coffee distribution water using a dynamic progression, allowing an increase or decrease of the value up to 5 °C (9°F) during the 25 to 30 seconds of each distribution.
Each group has an independent boiler optimizing thermal stability and allowing precise definition of the temperature profile for each group.
This function allows to enhance the organoleptic characteristics of each blend to obtain the best result in the cup.
The Rancilio Classe 11 coffee machine is very easy to program thanks to its 5.7-inch touch screen, inspired by smartphones. The barista can program up to 4 infusion profiles for each group.
The menus can be password protected, to offer a personalized experience to barista users, managers and technicians.
The CONNECT function of Rancilio allows you to communicate innovatively with your machine. Using a smartphone or tablet, you monitor all operations performed by one or more machines.
Thus, you can adjust your coffee deliveries, analyze consumption statistics and read all messages related to technical assistance and maintenance.
The style of the Rancilio Classe 11 and its side panels evoke robustness and a strong personality. The back of the machine highlights the quality of its materials, such as stainless steel, and features aesthetic LEDs. The work area is in stainless steel.
The filter holder is equipped with an ergonomic handle, designed to allow baristas to move their wrists smoothly for maximum comfort.
The multicolored LEDs installed on the front of the coffee groups help you instantly know the operating status of each group: ready to use, in extraction, in cleaning cycle, etc. You are informed at a glance. Very useful during rush hours.
The Rancilio Classe 11 USB Xcelsius features ABM.07 (Advanced Boiler Management) technology. You chain coffees and use steam or hot water simultaneously. The ABM.07 software activates the resistances and anticipates temperature drops, while ensuring precise thermal stability.
The sensors of Rancilio machines have made thermal control more precise and immediate. The ABM.07 technology controls the machine's absorbed power, reducing it by up to 2/3 of the value in places where available power is low.
The Rancilio Classe 11 USB Xcelsius is equipped with a C-Lever Steam lever and a Cool Touch steam wand. Activate the handle upwards, it remains in position while you prepare your milk froth. You can also control the steam intensity by activating the handle downwards.
You can also equip your Classe 11 with an i-Steam steam wand (optional) that prepares your milk froth automatically with a temperature sensor. Two selection buttons: "Cappuccino" mode, which heats and froths the milk, and "Latte" mode, which only heats it.
Additionally, manage three different hot water temperatures for your teas with programmable doses.
The Rancilio V-Flex system is a self-adaptive system that stabilizes the machine's working voltage (volts) with network voltage fluctuations. During installation, this function prevents errors and avoids problems caused by network voltage instability.
The Rancilio Classe 11 USB Xcelsius features Easy Clean technology. Add the cleaning product, press the button, and the group cleaning starts automatically. A significant time saving for baristas, all while respecting hygiene standards.
