This commercial roaster can roast from 100g to 1kg of green coffee at a time. It features an automatic cooling and emptying system.
Thanks to its fully transparent chamber made of borosilicate glass, you can visually follow the progress of the roast. Once the operation is finished and the unit has cooled, cleaning is effortless thanks to the removable rotating paddle .
The heating and preheating temperatures can be set to the exact degree , and you can define the desired roasting time with the built-in timer , allowing you to achieve the same results every time.
Preheating is extremely fast , reaching 230°C in just 3 minutes. The maximum heating temperature is 260°C.
The machine has a cooling tray separate from the roasting chamber, allowing you to carry out consecutive roasts with ease and giving you better throughput. The freshly roasted coffee is cooled in two minutes by the unit, quickly ending the roasting process.
A cyclonic chaff collector sucks up coffee husks as roasting proceeds, so you won’t find them in your space.
The single-phase 16A power supply allows domestic or commercial use.
