The Conti X-One was designed for establishments (bars, cafés, restaurants, etc.) with high daily volume. The 13 L copper boiler controlled by a P.I.D system offers excellent capacity for continuous drink preparation, even during rush periods. The boiler features automatic filling, controlled by an electronic probe based on water needs.
The Conti X-One professional coffee machine is ideal for experienced baristas who want more control over their extraction. In addition to the P.I.D system and pre-infusion management, it is equipped with a unique "Flow Control" system allowing small temperature adjustments on each group. The Conti X-One guarantees quality espresso. The doses are independently programmable on each group.
Since 1950, Conti coffee machines have been renowned for their robustness. The Conti X-One is no exception. Made in Monaco, it reflects the brand's experience and expertise, with a human/machine process at the center of its design.
The Conti X-One is equipped with an LCD display with timer that makes programming your doses easier. You can also view statistics (water consumption, number of coffees...) or manage your maintenance (group cleaning signal, filter cartridge change, etc.). The two pressure gauges indicate the boiler and pump pressure. The work surface is equipped with lighting.
The two steam wands of the Conti X-One have two functions. A high position that remains locked for continuous steam. A low position to activate the "Flush" function. hot water nozzle is activated via a button, with a programmable dose.
The Conti X-One has a economy mode allowing the machine to be put on standby. The boiler is then maintained at a temperature of 60 °C, mobilizing very little energy. When exiting economy mode, the machine returns to temperature very quickly, without large energy expenditures.
The X-One has automatic group cleaning, allowing this daily task to be performed easily. This function reduces your team's tasks and ensures perfect hygiene and quality coffee for your establishment. You can also lock the machine's use if the groups have not been cleaned.
