A semi-automatic espresso machine with integrated grinder
The Sage The Oracle espresso machine is considered a semi-automatic coffee machine. This means that apart from handling the portafilter step by step, the machine takes care of everything.
The integrated grinder with stainless steel conical burrs is easily adjustable. The hopper can hold up to 280 g of coffee beans.
The automatic triggering dispenses the desired amount of grounds when the portafilter is in place.
Once grinding is done, a lever on the side of the machine allows you to achieve the perfect tamping.
The coffee side is also well-equipped in terms of settings. You can control the temperature as well as the pre-infusion time.
The machine will perform your extraction as you programmed it, all that's left is to enjoy.

The Sage The Oracle is equipped with a digital LCD screen that allows you to easily choose the machine settings to make the beverage you want to prepare.
With a dual boiler system in stainless steel and a heated group head, controlled by PID, the water is at the right temperature and precision is guaranteed for a perfect espresso.
This Sage coffee machine ensures your espresso success, especially with 58 mm single baskets like the professionals.
Moreover, The Oracle has an integrated tamper that allows you to tamp with consistent and perfectly straight force. And we know that details are important in making a successful espresso.

A high-performance SAGE espresso machine
With simple front buttons, choose between one shot, two shots, or manual control of the amount of espresso in the cup.
For early risers, Sage has also included a special "Americano" button that dispenses a double espresso into the cup, then hot water through a small dedicated tap.
Thanks to the PID which manages temperature and the OPV which ensures constant pressure, drink preparation is always perfect.
By taking advantage of a dual boiler and a thermoblock in the group, heating is both fast and reliable and thermal stability is ensured!
In addition, an automatic low-pressure pre-infusion is provided to extract all the aromas of your coffee.
Sage The Oracle: automatic milk foam
For lovers of milk-based drinks, Sage has equipped this The Oracle machine with its famous automatic milk foam system.
Thanks to the supplied stainless steel milk jug, you don’t need to buy any extra equipment.
The machine is simple to use: just set the texture of foam you want for your drink (or let the pre-set programs do it), then place the jug.
A probe is on the drip tray, allowing the machine to control the exact temperature to give you perfect milk foam at the texture you expect.
You can adjust the temperature and the desired foam texture, then all that’s left is to create beautiful latte art in your cup.

Accessories: Stainless steel milk jug, portafilter, single-cup filter, double-cup filter, water filter cartridge with holder, cleaning brush, cleaning disc, small knock box for coffee pucks, maintenance tool for coffee grinder and steam wand, Allen key, cleaning powder and tablets, water hardness test strip.
Maintenance: To extend the life of your Sage espresso machine and for better in-cup results, it is recommended to use a filter cartridge (or already-filtered water).

Expert opinion
The Sage Oracle is a bit like the little sister of the Sage Oracle Touch.
By taking up the great qualities of the Touch, it nevertheless remains more accessible.
The notable differences lie in the programming difference.
Where the Oracle Touch offers pre-recorded drinks, 8 customizable profiles and a touchscreen, the Oracle for its part offers two programmable doses!
It is indeed sufficient when one observes the precision in the repetition of the preparation of these drinks, the espresso is consistently of quality. The brand's know-how is felt right down to the cup.
I noted no variation in temperature, extraction quality or even tamping.
The Sage The Oracle is truly the perfect compromise for people who want a functional and qualitative machine, but simple to use.
Once again, I must admit that the automatic milk foam system is a great success. The quality of the foam, its texture as well as the temperature, everything is there to offer a milk foam worthy of seasoned baristas, without even holding the pitcher!
