Features of the red 6-cup induction Italian coffee maker
The red 6-cup induction Italian coffee maker has a capacity of 30 cl. It may come as a surprise, but in Italy the classic coffee is 5 cl, a little more than an espresso. Therefore, this coffee maker can make six classic cups.
Water goes into the boiler (bottom reservoir), the filter goes on top filled with coffee (remember to choose a grind suitable for Italian coffee makers). The reservoir is screwed on last. Once the coffee is brewed, the comfortable handle and clever spout allow you to serve the coffee without any hassle.
How was the Moka induction born?
Bialetti has stood out since its creation by Alfonso Bialetti for its innovation in kitchen utensils, especially Italian coffee makers.
The Moka Express represents the original Italian coffee maker, but designed in 1933, it was not intended for induction hobs, which did not exist at that time. So, the Moka Induction was designed to meet this legitimate demand from consumers: an Italian coffee maker faithful to Bialetti quality, but compatible with induction hobs.
The Moka Induction boiler consists of two layers: an outer layer of stainless steel that allows it to be used on induction hobs, and an inner layer of aluminum designed for perfect heat distribution.
