The range Eureka Mignon Silent Range is divided into 3 finishes.
But all these finishes share the same technologies developed by the Italian brand:
- Silent Range, where the old Mignon grinders were very noisy, Eureka integrated Silent Technology as on the semi-pro Atom model, making them very quiet.
- Grinding precision developed by an innovative micrometric adjustment and motor block alignment.
- Dispensing spout designed so that all the ground coffee goes into the filter; moreover, thanks to the system developed by Eureka, the grind will always be fine, clump-free.

Eureka Mignon Specialità espresso grinder (Silent range) - Grey and chrome
Easy-to-adjust doses thanks to the digital touch screen.
With the Eureka Mignon Specialità grinder, you can simply set one or two coffee doses or grind on demand thanks to the front digital touch screen (precision of 0.01 second).
Thanks to this very clear system, once you have reached the right dose, you only need to save the grinding time to repeat the same action. The motor power (1350 RPM) and the 55 mm flat steel burrs allow fast grinding and a homogeneous result.
A simple, precise and quiet espresso grinder
The grind adjustment dial is easy to use thanks to its numbered markers. Eureka added a small notch on the front to help you better see which setting you are on.
The precision of this micrometric adjustment is ensured by special "Espresso & Brew" 55 mm burrs, designed to grind coffee beans for espresso or filter coffee.
The grind setting is stable also thanks to Eureka technology, which maintains a precise setting through burr and motor block alignment with every dial turn. The motor moves up and down with the adjustment to guarantee flawless precision.
With Eureka's "Silent Technology", this coffee grinder is a very quiet grinder compared to other coffee grinders.
The noise level is reduced by about 20 dB
On-demand dosing and hands-free
Eureka has paid particular attention to grinding distribution accuracy.
All of the grind is dispensed into the filter, with no risk of splatter around thanks to the materials used and the "ACE" technology that neutralizes static electricity.
Furthermore, potential clumps are reduced to nothing thanks to the sieve integrated into the dispensing spout.
The Specialità range also allows you to adjust the fork height, regardless of the portafilter used, in order to lock it in place for hands-free distribution.
