Eureka Mignon Specialità espresso grinder (Silent range) - Matte black with smoked hopper
Easy to adjust doses thanks to the digital touchscreen.
With the Eureka Mignon Specialità grinder, you can simply adjust one or two doses of coffee or grind on demand thanks to the digital touchscreen on the front (precision of 0.01 second).
Thanks to this very clear system, once you have reached the right dose, you only have to save the grinding time to repeat the same action. The motor power (1350 RPM) and the 55 mm flat steel burrs allow for fast grinding and a homogeneous result.
A simple, precise and quiet espresso grinder
The grind adjustment knob is simple to use thanks to its numbered markers. Eureka has added a small notch on the front to allow you to better visualize which setting you are on.
The precision of this micrometric adjustment is ensured by special "Espresso & Brew" 55 mm burrs, designed to be able to grind coffee beans for espresso or filter coffee.
The grind adjustment is stable also thanks to Eureka technology, which allows you to maintain a precise setting thanks to the alignment of the burrs and motor block with each turn of the knob. The motor rises and falls with the adjustment, in order to guarantee flawless precision.
With Eureka's "Silent Technology", this coffee grinder is a very quiet grinder compared to other coffee grinders.
The sound level is reduced by approximately 20 dB
On-demand and hands-free distribution
Eureka has paid particular attention to the precision of the grind distribution.
The entire grind is dispensed into the filter, with no risk of splashing around thanks to the materials used and the "ACE" technology that neutralizes static electricity.
Furthermore, potential clumps are reduced to nothing thanks to the sieve integrated into the distribution spout.
The Specialità range also allows you to adjust the height of the forks, regardless of the portafilter used, in order to lock it in place for hands-free distribution.
