Choose the Bialetti Moka Express Italian coffee maker
The Moka express is the world's best-known Italian coffee maker model, and for good reason: it was the first model ever made. It was invented by Alfonso Bialetti in 1933. In the midst of this century of revolutions, this Italian engineer wanted to revolutionize an everyday gesture as well.
At that time, he was inspired by washing machines that allow hot soapy water to rise through a pipe, which then pours it into a receptacle. The Moka express would revolutionize the world of coffee, and has reigned for nearly a century as a centerpiece in every kitchen.
Use your Moka Express on an induction hob
The original Moka Express was designed at a time when induction did not yet exist. As a result, its composition was not adapted to this heating method.
Therefore, Bialetti designed, a few years later and to keep up with technological evolution, an induction pad or adapter. This 13 cm diameter pad allows you to use your Italian coffee maker on your induction hobs.
