The latest technologies allow you to record all the specific characteristics of the chosen bean to bring out all its complex aromas. An intuitive and ingenious system for an optimal result in the cup.
A modern design for large families
This ECAM 610.74.MB bean-to-cup coffee machine features a premium finish in stainless steel and high-quality black metal. It offers a modern and elegant look that adapts to all kitchen styles. Its bean container with mirror effect gives it a refined appearance.
Its large-capacity containers offer great autonomy and family use. The water tank can hold up to 2.2 L and the grounds container 14 pucks. The bean container with its opaque lid and airtight seal preserves the aromas and freshness of your coffee. It can hold up to 500 g (equivalent to 2 bags of coffee).

The ECAM 610.74.MB bean-to-cup coffee machine is capable of making 21 pre-programmed beverages. Let yourself be tempted by DeLonghi's latest recipes: Long Black (an espresso is extracted after hot water to preserve the crema), Cortado (espresso mixed with an equal amount of milk), Over Ice (Long Black extracted cold), and Mug To Go. This feature allows you to take your coffee anywhere with you. This version comes with the insulated travel mug.
You can set the cup length as well as the coffee intensity. Also access 5 user profiles to record everyone's favorite recipes.
DeLonghi exclusive Latte Crema System
This Primadonna Soul ECAM 610.74.MB bean-to-cup espresso machine also makes excellent milk-based beverages thanks to its exclusive DeLonghi Latte Crema system. This technology offers you a fine, creamy, dense and long-lasting foam, a real treat for gourmets. Create a multitude of milk-based recipes, an almost endless choice to vary the pleasures.
The Primadonna Soul bean-to-cup coffee machine comes with a double-walled thermal carafe to keep your milk fresh. I recommend whole UHT milk at 4°C for optimal results in the cup.

Innovative application: Bean Adapt Technology
This new exclusive DeLonghi technology is the main advantage of the Primadonna Soul bean-to-cup espresso machine. This system automatically adapts the grinding fineness of the coffee beans used.
How does it work? From the Coffee Link application, enter the specifics of your coffee (type of coffee, roast color...). Thanks to this information, your automatic machine will adapt the grinder settings to obtain the optimal grind as well as the extraction process. These settings will allow you to extract the aromatic complexity of the chosen coffee, respecting the origin, terroir, roast... You can thus choose exceptional coffees without losing any aromas. A real barista in your home.
The result obtained does not meet your expectations? No worries, this intelligent coffee machine can review the recorded parameters. From the application, you can indicate the color of the result in the cup as well as the taste so that the machine automatically readapts its settings to offer you the best according to your preferences.
Simple and effective maintenance on this DeLonghi Primadonna Soul bean-to-cup espresso machine
DeLonghi automatic bean-to-cup machines are very easy to maintain. I strongly advise you to use a filter cartridge in order to treat water for limescale, but also to purify the taste of the water. Don't forget to perform descaling as soon as the machine asks you to. The coffee group is removable, allowing it to be cleaned at least once a week under lukewarm water. Let it air dry and then put it back in the machine.
Finally, the milk system has an automatic rinse necessary after each use. However, don't forget to perform a thorough cleaning in order to remove all milk bacteria with a suitable product.
