The DeLonghi ECAM 610.75.MB bean-to-cup coffee machine can prepare21 pre-programmed drinks. Let yourself be tempted by the latest DeLonghi recipes: Long Black (an espresso is extracted after hot water to preserve the crema), Cortado (espresso mixed with an equal amount of milk), Over Ice (Long Black extracted cold) and Mug To Go.
This feature lets you take your coffee anywhere. This version comes with the ideal coffee pot for filter-coffee recipes at family gatherings. We also give you a Contigo mug equipped with the patented autoseal system and keeps drinks hot for 4 h.
You can set the cup length and coffee strength. You also get access to five user profiles to save everyone’s favorite recipes.

Innovative app: Bean Adapt Technology
This new exclusive DeLonghi technology is the big asset of the Primadonna Soul espresso machine with grinder. This system automatically adapts the grind fineness taking your coffee roast into account.
How does it work? In the Coffee Link app, enter your coffee’s specifics (type of coffee, roast color…). With this info, your automatic machine will adjust the grinder settings to obtain the optimal grind and extraction process.
These settings will extract the aromatic complexity of the chosen coffee, respecting the origin, terroir, roast… You can thus choose exceptional coffees without losing flavor. A true barista at home.
The result doesn’t meet your expectations? No worries, this smart coffee machine can revise the stored parameters. In the app, you can indicate the cup color and taste so the machine automatically readjusts its settings to give you the best according to your preferences.
Simple maintenance on this DeLonghi Primadonna Soul espresso grinder
DeLonghi automatic machines with grinder are very easy to maintain. I strongly recommend using a filter cartridge to treat the water for limescale, but also to purify the taste of the water.
Don't forget to descale whenever the machine asks you to. The coffee group is removable, allowing it to be cleaned at least once a week under lukewarm water. Let it air dry then replace it in the machine.
Finally, the milk system has an automatic rinse required after each use. Don't forget to do a complete cleaning to remove all milk bacteria with a suitable product. Don't hesitate to get the complete maintenance kit for DeLonghi espresso grinder.
