Kottea coffee machines were imagined and created by the incubator of new products and innovation at BaristaDiscount.
One of the strong points of this machine is its size. It is one of the coffee machines most compact on the market with 18 cm width for 39 cm depth. It fits perfectly into all kitchens. Due to its small size, it offers small containers, suitable for solo or duo use. Its design is modern and minimalist with quality materials.

Its cup rest is removable allowing you to place a large cup under the extraction spouts. This Kottea bean-to-cup coffee machine is rather quiet thanks in particular to the sealing gasket present around the bean lid to muffle the grinder noise.

This Kottea Espressima CK307S.OT coffee machine is ideal for coffee and milk drink lovers.

Each drink is factory-set for optimum results, but you can, according to your taste, adjust each one. This coffee machine has only one extraction spout, but its speed allows you to easily make coffees in succession. The intensity setting is not adjustable but the calibration is programmed to extract the best coffee. The in-cup length is adjustable. It is equipped with a 5-position steel grinder and an easy-to-use touch interface.
Kottea bean-to-cup coffee machine: efficient use & optimized brewing

The biggest advantage of this coffee machine is of course its espresso result. It achieves a very good score on coffee drink quality. You will get in the cup acreamy espresso, rich in aromas and very well balanced.
This bean-to-cup coffee machine features a One Touch milk system. Easily makeexcellent airy milk foam with a single touch. Pour milk (fresh, taken from the refrigerator) into your milk carafe and connect the cappuccino tube to your machine. Then select your desired milk-based drink and the machine takes care of everything.
My tip: for a dense and long-lasting milk foam, I recommend using fresh UHT whole milk (about 4 °C). You can also use plant-based milk (soy milk is richer in protein, which will help the foam rise).
Kottea coffee machine: drink customization
This coffee machine with integrated grinder features automatic adjustment for each drink. However, you canadjust the in-cup volume of each of your drinks, including milk-based recipes. To do this:
- Start the desired drink by pressing the button (cappuccino or latte macchiato).
- Wait for the bean grinding.
- When grinding is finished, press the button again (cappuccino or latte macchiato) and hold it until you reach the desired foam volume, then release the button.
- To then adjust the coffee: press the drink button again while it’s being prepared until you reach the desired coffee volume, then release.
- The settings will then be saved.
Maintaining the Kottea One Touch CK307S.OT bean-to-cup coffee machine
To make your life easier, Kottea has chosen to offer you amachine that is simple to use, but above all easy to maintain. Its grounds container pulls out from the front of the machine for greater everyday convenience. You can choose whether or not to activate rinsing of the spouts when the machine is switched on and/or off, doing it manually.
In addition, it features anautomatic descaling programme to maintain your grinder espresso machine daily. The brewing chamber can be removed via a side door to let you clean it. Don’t forget to place a filter cartridge in the water tank to remove limescale and purify the taste of the water.
My tip: once a week remove the brew group, rinse it under lukewarm water to remove coffee grounds and residue. Let it dry then put it back in the bean-to-cup coffee machine.
Also remember torinse the milk tube after use, by immersing the tip in clear rinse water with a milk-cleaning product and pressing the "milk" button.
