With the MY75, the Mythos espresso mill has been improved, with more precision and control over grinding, to allow all baristas, roasters, and other professionals to reach a new level of perfection.
The Victoria Arduino Mythos MY75 coffee mill features a new intuitive glass touch screen for the barista. It is now easier to modify parameters, read all necessary information, and maintain control of the mill. This new interface ensures a smoother service.
The patented Mythos mill motor offers three advantages: a constant speed from the start of grinding, energy savings, and reduced grinding temperature.
Victoria Arduino has also improved the Clump Crusher system (which eliminates lumps and static electricity effects) and the ground coffee outlet, to ensure perfect flow of ground coffee into the filter.
The new filter holder fork has been designed to minimize coffee losses.
Victoria Arduino has also reduced the number of screws to access the heart of the mill more easily.
The Mythos MY75 meets the needs of coffee professionals: maximum consistency, zero waste, and easy maintenance.
The innovative temperature management technology Clima Pro offers advanced temperature stability. In addition to maintaining a constant temperature in the mill, the Clima Pro system goes further by lowering the temperature, making your work even more efficient.No risk of overheating, the ventilation system starts automatically. The barista can adjust grinding temperatures from 30 to 60°C to extract the best from each type of coffee. Better control for better results in the cup.
The Mythos MY75 black is equipped with two fans at the back, allowing for ideal air circulation inside the grinding chamber.
The Mythos MY75 mill has been developed with 75 mm titanium burrs: more speed for improved hourly productivity, without compromising the quality of the coffee.
This professional mill offers a micrometric adjustment of the grind at continuous intervals, ensuring extreme precision of the desired grind level.
The Mythos MY75 has a performance of 2.7 g to 3.5 g per second (depending on the type of coffee beans used and the grind fineness). This is a Grinder designed for establishments with an average daily throughput.
The propeller positioned upstream of the grinding wheels ensures constant coffee pressure in the grinding chamber, to guarantee maximum consistency.
