The manual espresso machineLELIT Bianca PL162T-EUCWis part of Lelit's "PRO LINE" range, designed for the experienced barista.

This white-painted stainless steel model takes up all the basics of the previous version with itsdouble boiler in stainless steel,itswooden finishes (light on the PL162T-EUCW)and theL58E groupcoupled with aheat exchanger.

TheL58E extraction groupfrom Lelit is based on the famous E61 group. Some internal parts have been rethought by Lelit and assembled differently for better performance. This name change (L58E) is to ensure that customers do not make modifications or repairs with standard E61 spare parts on their Lelit machines, which may not work or damage the L58E group.

The new version of the Lelit Bianca gives you the possibility to go even further in the settings of your extractions, thanks to thenew options available in the Lelit Control Center.

Thismanual espresso machinewill also allow you to create Latte Art thanks to itssemi-professional "Cool Touch" steam wandin stainless steel.

Its58mm brass extraction groupputs it in the semi-professional espresso machine category, as it will need to be paired with a suitable espresso grinder to achieve good results in the cup.

All LELIT espresso machines aremade in Italywith materials from Italy or Europe. Each LELIT espresso machine (regardless of the range: evolutionary or semi-pro), is alsotested twiceon the production line before being carefully packaged.

Lelit Control Center (LCC) functions on the Lelit Bianca PL162T-EUCW

This option does not provide the same control as using the paddle, but it does it automatically, in the same way every time. Once you have found and recorded the profile that suits you, you can reproduce it every time.With the new LCC system, you can:

- Manage the temperature of the extracted coffee.

- Manage the temperature of the dispensed steam.

- Activation/deactivation of the steam boiler.

- Selection of the temperature measurement unit.

- Programmable pre-infusion times.

- Programmable low flow times.

- Activation/deactivation of sleep mode.

- Counter for partial and total doses.

- Timer for extraction time

The machine automatically goes into sleep mode after 30 minutes of inactivity

The function Brew Temp off set : To be able to increase or decrease the temperature of the coffee boiler during extraction, by modifying the temperature of the water coming out of the group.

Other features of the Lelit Bianca PL162T-EUCW

A professional 58mm diameter extraction group and a high-quality brass filter holder to ensure good temperature stability.

The filter holder "Coffee Slide" inclined, specific to Lelit, with its slide-shaped spouts, facilitates the formation of a beautiful crema but also provides a good view of your espresso extraction. The shape of this filter holder allows for good tamping, without damaging the spouts.

Thesemi-professional stainless steel steam wand and multidirectional for successful milk frothing and Latte Art practice. With its "Cool Touch" system, you do not risk burning yourself when touching the wand.

The hot water tap dedicated to extending your morning coffee.

Additionally, the steam wand and tap have been redesigned to not touch the body of the machine and avoid scratches.

The front pressure gauge to indicate the pump pressure and steam pressure and the pressure gauge for the extraction group.

A removable water reservoir with a good capacity of 2.5 L that can be placed on the side of the machine.

A cup warmer with a stainless steel grid to preheat your cups and avoid thermal shock during extraction.

A water recovery tray and a grid, all in stainless steel.

A cup raiser in stainless steel is provided for small espresso cups.

The Lelit Bianca PL162T-EU is equipped with a 3-way solenoid valve that allows for the evacuation of excess water in the filter holder at the end of extraction and protects the machine in case of overpressure.

The heating  time is faster on this new model (approximately 20 minutes). sur ce nouveau modèle (environ 20 minutes).

The Backflush function for deep maintenance

With its 3-way solenoid valve, the Lelit Bianca PL162T-EUCW allows you to perform a Backflush (deep cleaning) to clean your machine, using the blind filter and a specialized detergent.

Note: For machines connected to the water network, it is highly recommended to use a water softening and filtration kit (as for a professional espresso machine). This kit is essential to ensure that the water is safe for your machine and will offer a better taste to your espresso. If the water is not filtered, you risk damaging your machine in the long run and having the warranty cancelled by the brand, due to lack of maintenance.
