The espresso machine with grinder in timeless design
The new version of the Jura E8 range has kept its timeless lines highlighted by a deep white. The Jura brand pays attention to detail; drinks are illuminated by an LED during preparation. The machine is equipped with a large 3.5" screen displaying the various drinks you can make. This machine is perfect for family use with its 17 gourmet drinks and large containers:

- Water tank 1.9 litre
- Puck container 16 pucks
Moreover, the Jura E8 EC machine is Bluetooth connectable and compatible with the J.O.E app, allowing you to set up your drinks and maintenance.
The bean-to-cup espresso machine with the new P.A.G.2 grinder
The Jura E8 EC version machine is equipped with the latest-generation P.A.G.2 grinder. The Professional Aroma coffee mill offers an optimal grinding experience, cup after cup. The big new feature is the ability to adjust the grind level at any time. Thanks to its relaxed idle state between preparations, the mill is protected, giving it increased longevity and consistent grinding. The grinder is equipped with the technology calledSystème vacuum Cleanwhich, after each grinding, empties the burrs to prevent them from clogging whenever the grind fineness is changed.
The mill is also quieter and faster than the previous version; you will enjoy preparing your coffee—it will always be delicious.
The 3D pre-infusion and PEP technology
The 3D step acts during pre-infusion. After tamping, an even flow of water passes through the puck, allowing the grind to swell. This develops the aromas before extraction takes place.
The P.E.P system occurs after pre-infusion when pressure is exerted on the puck to extract the aromas. The pressure is applied in pulses, allowing the water to stay in contact with the grind for the ideal time, resulting in a balanced cup.
The Jura extraction quality is incomparable, you will appreciate the smoothness and creaminess of its crema. The combination of technologies in the Jura E8 EC allows the aromas to fully express themselves. We tested several types of coffee with different roasts and each cup is exceptional.
Maintenance of the Jura E8 EC bean-to-cup espresso machine
To preserve the aromas of your coffee and the longevity of your machine, it is important to follow a few maintenance steps. Jura bean-to-cup coffee machines are easy to maintain, they guide you step by step:
- The filter cartridge: This machine is compatible with the Claris Smart cartridge (supplied with the machine), it allows you to filter your tap water to purify it from limescale and residues.
- The brewing chamber: The Jura machine comes with 2 cleaning tablets, you can use them to remove oil and grind residues from the brewing chamber.
- The milk system: The Jura machine easily maintains its milk system with the two-compartment tank supplied with the machine. Simply dilute a mini tablet in one compartment with water and the machine will perform a rinse until the milk circuit is completely clean.
- The grounds container: It can hold up to 16 pucks, which is a convenience, although it is still recommended to empty it frequently.
