The Eureka Costanza coffee machine is equipped with: a PID system, an E61 brew group, a vibration pump and a 1.5 cl boiler with high-quality thermal insulation to minimize heat loss.
Equipped with a precision heat exchanger, this machine lets you extract all the aromas of your coffee for a barista-worthy espresso. In 10 to 15 minutes, your espresso is ready to be enjoyed. Thanks to its protected dual steam wands, the Costanza Eureka keeps your hands safe from burns.
The coffee machine has a 2 L tank and a low-water sensor that gives a gentle light signal when water is running low, handy for checking the water level.

The pre-infusion allows you to control the turbulence of the water during extraction, thus reducing the risk of over-extraction and bitterness.
Thanks to its built-in timer and its dual pressure gauge, you can precisely control the extraction time, ensuring consistently identical results, cup after cup.
Equipped with an intelligent ECO mode, this machine significantly reduces your energy consumption by automatically going into standby.
With the Eureka Costanza espresso machine, you can track the number of extractions made.
In order to get the most out of your machine, we recommend using freshly ground coffee and a quality coffee grinder will allow you to extract all the aromatic nuances of your beans.

The Eureka Costanza comes with all the essential equipment for preparing your coffees: 58 mm portafilter, single and double filters, blind filter and user guide.
To ensure consistent coffee quality, clean your coffee machine daily. Use the specific cleaning products and the supplied blind filter to remove accumulated coffee oils from the brew group.
