An exceptional decaf:
The water-decaffeination method, 100 % natural and without the use of chemicals, guarantees a coffee with preserved aromas. This process maintains the complexity and richness of a non-decaffeinated coffee, to satisfy the most demanding enthusiasts.
The green coffee beans are immersed in a bath of water enriched with the coffee’s natural aromatic compounds, except for caffeine. Thanks to the principle of osmosis, this bath gradually absorbs the caffeine while respecting the integrity of the aromas. This process, repeated up to 10 times, reduces the caffeine content to an extremely low level, between 0.01 % and 0.02 %.
