This whole-bean coffee is a specialty coffee roasted in France by Laurent Baysse, awarded in 2021 for his roasting expertise. Committed to respecting the product, he is also attentive to respecting the ecosystem, which is why he offers you this forest coffee grown at 1299 m altitude and processed using the natural process.
This responsible coffee, resulting from the Catuai variety, takes you on a journey during tasting:
- On the nose: its gourmandise is striking and characterized by chocolate notes but also by citrus notes.
-On the palate: find notes of yellow fruits and a floral side.

A forest coffee straight from Burma
The Manussiha also called “Chinthe” is a creature from Burmese culture “manussa” meaning man and “siha” lion, it guards temple gates. It is respected and loved by the Burmese and once adorned the thrones of their kings.
This whole-bean coffee comes from Burma, more precisely from the Ywangan terroirs in Shan State. It was produced in the heart of the tropical jungle, by farmers of the Oat Twin community, notably by its representative, a farmer concerned with the quality of her coffee, Ms. Daw Mar Lar Khaing. Rather experienced in production, she ensures the quality of the coffee at every stage from production to drying.
