With the MYG75, the Mythos espresso grinder has been improved, with greater precision and control over grinding, allowing all baristas, roasters and other professionals to reach a new level of perfection.
The Victoria Arduino Mythos MYG75 black coffee grinder features anew, more intuitive glass touchscreen for the barista. It is now simpler to modify settings, read all necessary information and keep control of the grinder. This new interface ensures a smoother service.
The patented Mythos grinder motor offers three advantages: constant speed from the start of grinding, energy savings and reduced grinding temperature.
Victoria Arduino also improved thesystem ofClump Crusher (which eliminates clumps and static electricity effects) and the grinding outlet spout, to ensure perfect flow of ground coffee into the filter.
The new portafilter fork was designed tominimize coffee waste.
Victoria Arduino also reduced the number of screws to access the heart of the grinder more easily.

The innovative temperature management technologyClima Pro offersadvanced temperature stability. In addition to maintaining a constant temperature in the grinder, the Clima Pro systemgoes even further by lowering the temperature, to make your work even more efficient., pour rendre votre travail encore plus efficace. No risk of overheating, the ventilation system starts automatically. The barista can set grinding temperatures from 30 to 60°C to extract the best from each type of coffee. The Mythos MYG75 black is equipped with two rear fans, allowing ideal air circulation inside the grinding chamber.
The Mythos MYG75 grinder was developed with75 mm titanium burrs: more speed forimproved hourly productivity, without compromising coffee quality.
This professional grinder offersmicrometric adjustmentof the grind at continuous intervals, ensuring extreme precision of the desired grind degree.
The Mythos MYG75 has a performance of2.7 g to 3.5 g per second (depending on the type of bean used and the grind fineness). This is amill designed for establishments with a medium daily throughput.
Compared to the standard Mythos MY mill, theGravimetric version has improved programming and an integrated scale. These features ensure maximum consistency and a much faster workflow for grinding and weighing coffee.
The screw positioned upstream of the burrs ensures constant pressure of the coffee in the grinding chamber, in order to guarantee maximum regularity.
