Rocket Giotto V Fast: pro design and performance
Inspired by futuristic geometric lines, the Rocket Giotto R Fast features a bold, modern and elegant silhouette. Its side panels with faceted effects create a unique chromatic effect, subtly contrasted by a glossy finish.
The chrome-plated stainless steel body is both robust and refined. Designed in collaboration with designer Valerio Cometti, the Giotto Fast optimizes proportions and ergonomics to fit perfectly into your kitchen.
Thevibrating pumpmaintains a stable pressure while the copper boiler ensures a constant production of steam and hot water. TheFASTsystem significantly reduces the heating time (only 12 minutes), allowing you to quickly move on to tasting.
Thanks to theintegrated PID, the extraction temperature is controlled to the degree, ensuring a uniform, balanced and rich result in aromas.
Extraction quality and Italian precision
The Rocket Giotto Fast V Chrome stands out for itscutting-edge features.
The Giotto V Fast integrates advanced electronics allowing for complete control of settings via a discreet OLED display. You can customize the extraction temperature and adjust the boiler pressure. It also features adual manometerto monitor service pressures and an extraction time counter.
It is equipped with ahigh-performance steam wandand a1.8L thermally insulated boilerfor greater energy efficiency. Each espresso can thus be prepared with precision and consistency, cup after cup. The extraction quality is at the heart of the experience offered by the Giotto Fast V.
ItsE61 heated group with integrated element, a true reference in the barista universe, ensures optimal thermal stability.
Accessories and maintenance
Accessories: ergonomic filter holder 1 spout, ergonomic filter holder 2 spouts, single and double cup filters, blind filter, tamper, cleaning brush, user manual.
Maintenance:Regular maintenance is essential to preserve the performance and lifespan of your machine. Good descaling prevents limescale deposits that can impair extraction quality and cause breakdowns. You can perform aBackflush (deep cleaning) to clean your machine, using the blind filter and a specialized detergent.
The machine is equipped with a1.8 L water tank.
