The Oscar Mood features aheat exchanger and PID systemto ensure thermal stability and consistent results. The temperature in the boiler is electronically controlled by a professional pressostat, while theintegrated by-passregulates the pressure. Additionally, the machine isready to use in 15 minutes !

This Oscar Mood espresso machine is equipped with a digital panel and backlit buttons to dispense your coffee and manage several aspects for results to your taste:
- Program the cup volume (for one or two doses).
- Manage the service boiler pressure.
- Adjust the pre-infusion from 0 to 3 seconds by programming a solenoid valve delay.
- A timer that indicates the extraction time.
- The ability to program the daily start and stop time of the machine.
- Set the idle time before standby.
- Guide the maintenance.
- The steam production is electronically guided by pressing the dedicated button, to start or stop the action.
Oscar Mood black for water line, accessories and maintenance
The manual Oscar Mood espresso machine comes with a 2-spout brass portafilter with a wooden handle, Single 1-cup filter, Single 2-cup filter, Blind filter, tamper and ABS dosing spoon, two doses of Puly Caff for deep cleaning, water line connection kit.
The Oscar Mood was designed with maximum accessibility for quick and easy cleaning.
This machine is designed with a depressurization path (solenoid valve) that evacuates excess water from the puck at the end of extraction and removes residual pressure. This depressurization path allows for deep maintenance of your machine (called the Backflush).

Note: For machines connected to the water line, it is highly recommended to use a water softening and filtration kit (as for a professional espresso machine). This kit is essential to ensure that the water is safe for your machine and will provide better taste to your espresso. If the water is not filtered, you risk damaging your machine in the long run and having the warranty voided by the brand for lack of maintenance.
