Kiara is the model of ideal induction Italian coffee maker for both regular users and beginners. It consists of stainless steel (in the lower part, the filter and funnel), making it compatible with induction, and of borosilicate glass highly resistant to heat and shock. The glass walls allow you to see and control the extraction. The reservoir includes a pressure relief valve that ensures you prepare your coffee safely.

How to prepare your coffee in your Kiara coffee maker?
Nothing is simpler than preparing coffee in an Italian coffee maker. You only need water (bottled or filtered) and ground coffee. Remember to select coffee ground specifically for Italian coffee makers; these coffees have a grind suited to the Italian coffee maker extraction system.
Put water in the reservoir up to the valve, add the filter and fill it generously with coffee without tamping. Screw the upper part on top, and start heating! Once coffee stops flowing into the upper part, it means all the water has infused and extraction is complete. All that's left is to enjoy a nice hot cup of coffee.
